ZAMBOANGA, City—A fisherman of Mabuhay town of Zamboanga
Sibugay was shot by killers in Barangay Canelar, this city last May 16.
Authority identified the victim as Adjan J. Gadjali, a
fisherman.
Investigations showed while Gadjali was eating with a lady
at an eatery when suspects surfaced and shot the victim once at closed range. Gadjali
died at a hospital.
The suspects fled the scene after the crime onboard a Toyota
car. However, the vehicle was abandoned along Governor Camins Avenue, this city
bedsides a bar, investigators said.
Police are investigating the case for the identities of the
suspects.
The city police station is coordinating with Land
Transportation Office to determine the identity of the owner of the vehicle.
