Shooting Incident
On July 2, 2013 at about 12: 00 am at the barangay road of purok 6,
barangay upper landing, dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur, one Hennie Maramara Padigos
Sr, 47 years old, married, habal-habal driver and a resident of Sitio Dila, barangay
upper landing, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot by unidentified suspect
with the use of undetermined type of firearm. Victim sustained gunshot wound on
his body and was rushed to Mhars general hospital, Ozamis city for treatment. Investigation
conducted by Dumingag police station revealed that the possible motive of the
incident believed to be a hatred from the
in-laws of the victim upon knowing that the victim’s owned daughter
identified as Jenifer Padigos, 14 years old, was sexually molested by her own
father. said minor Jenifer Padigos who is now six-month pregnant voluntarily
executed an affidavit to the Dumingag police station stating that she was raped
by his owned father Hennie M. Padigos Sr. elements of Dumingag police station is
now conducting follow- up investigation to possibly identify and apprehend the
suspect while a case of rape is now being prepared against Hennie M.Padigos Sr. who is now presently confined at
the aforementioned hospital. Investigator on case is Spo2 Alberto O Capadngan with

Suicide Incident
On July 2, 2013 at about 11:50 am, concerned citizen identified as Elmie
Recapente called up Pagadian city police station thru cellular phone call
informing that an alleged suicide incident transpired at block 5, lot 7, Phase
3 Lower Alta Tiera Subdivision Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City where in victim
identified as one Jeremy Manco Y Ramirez, 43 years old, married, an employee
and a manager of
soon to open Asian united bank located at Rizal avenue, Pagadian city and a resident
of aforesaid place. Victim was immediately rushed to Mendero hospital for
medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician.
Investigation conducted disclosed that victim was found and discovered by his neighbors
already hanging on the ceiling of their house with the used of cable wire tied
on his neck. Motive of the suicide incident believed to be a strong depression
in relation to his work. Pagadian city police station now conducted follow- up investigation
in order to deter whether if there was a foul play involved.
Found Dead Body
On July 3, 2013 at about 9:30 am, one Calexto Pedroza Cansico, 52 years
old, single, farmer and a resident of Valencia, dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur was
found dead floating at the creek of Sitio Diolin, Manguiles, Mahayag, Zamboanga
Del Sur. Investigation conducted by the Mahayag police station showed that the victim
went to the reforestation area of the mentioned place carrying a rubber
seedlings to be planted at the area and failed to return home. At around 8:00 am
of same date, victim was already dead with gunshot wound in his chest that
exited to his back and injuries in his face. Said police station is still
conducting follow-up investigation for the possible identification of the
suspect/s as well as the motive of incident.
Stolen Motorcycle
On July 3, 2013 at about 5:00 am at purok 5, barangay navalan, tukuran,
Zamboanga Del Sur, one single mc HondaCFT125 MRCA color red with black
combination bearing chassis nr xrm17044720, engine nr xrm 17e044737, owned and
registered under the name of Pfc Marjone Montero y Guantero,24 years old, active
member of Philippine Army assigned at 51st IB bravo coy based in Lanao Del Sur,
was discovered lost and missing while being parked at DPWH compound located at
the above mentioned place. Said motorcycle believed to be stolen by unidentified
suspect. Tukuran police station now conducted follow- up investigation for
possible identification and arrest of the suspect.

On July 3, 2013, at about 1:00 pm, joint
elements of Zamboanga Sibugay police provincial office(ZSPPO), Provincial
intelligence board(PIB), Provincial investigation detection management
board(PIDMB), presidential anti- organized crime commission(PAOCC) 102nd
brigade Philippine Army, Regional intelligence unit 9, task force Sanglahi,
military intelligence group, 53rd infantry battalion, PA, Regional
intelligence division PRO9, Police public safety company, Payao police station
and Imelda police station proceeded to Ipil district bureau of jail management
and penology at Barangay Sanito, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay to serve the warrant
of arrest against top most wanted person in the person of Talib Jail Asaaliaka
commander Sugoksok, 44 yrs. old, married, of SitioTandu Pangge, Barangay San
Roque, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of
frustrated homicide in cc number im-12-0468 duly issued by Hon. Josefino P. Bael,
presiding judge, Regional Trial Court 9th judicial region branch 31, Imelda,
Zamboanga Sibugay. Arrested person was presently detained at said detention
cell.
On July 3, 2013 at about 4:00 pm, joint

attempted murder docketed in cc number i-5217 issued by Hon. JosefinoP. Bael,
presiding judge, Regional Trial Court 9th judicial region branch 24, Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay. Arrested person was presently detained at said detection
cell.
On July 3, 2013 at about 10:00 am at Zamboanga
city reformatory center, Varela street, Barangay Zone I, Zamboanga city, operatives
of detective management unit of Zamboanga city police office under Pinsp Albert
Ramerez Alfaro served the warrant of arrest against the persons of Gary Candido
Y Martinez and Albert Anding Y Perez, both legal age issued by Hon Judge
Reynerio Estacioof Regional Trial Court branch 14, Zamboanga city for violation
of presidential decree 1866 amended by republic act 8294 of docketed under cc# 27970 dated June 27, 2013
with no bail bond recommended.
On July 3, 2013 at about 4:00 pm at Zamboanga
city reformatory center, Varela street, Barangay Zone I, Zamboanga city,
operatives of detective management unit of Zamboanga city police office under
Pinsp Albert Ramerez Alfaro served the warrant of arrest against the person of MaritesBinaoro
Y Prebitero, legal age issued by Hon Judge ReynerioEstacioof Regional Trial
Court branch 14, Zamboanga city for violation of section (5) paragraph f in
relation to section 11 of Republic Act 9482 and docketed under cc# 27322 and
27323 datedJuly 02, 2013 with bail bond recommended of P6,000.00 each. Accused
is presently detained at the said detention cell office (PR).
