PAGADIAN City—With no apparent reason, a
habal-habal driver shot by unidentified suspect Sunday morning of July 13, 2013
in front of Abing building, along Rizal Avenue, Gatas District, this city,
reports said in a statement.
Authority indentified the victim as Nick Rowe Boltiador
Jayme, 23, habal-habal driver and resident of Barangay Bomba.
The incident happened while the victim is about to
leave Agora at Gate 7 towards home with motorbike when two unidentified persons,
clad in black jacket with a bull cap onboard a black color single motor, tailed
the victim and shot him using caliber .45 pistol, police said in a reports.
The victim was hit on his right back shoulder but able
to seek assistance from his relatives at
Jamisola Street, this city, who
brought the former to a nearby hospital.
Fortunately, the victim is in stable condition.
The authority is looking the suspect to pay the
crime he perpetrate.
