SAPANG DALAGA, Misamis Occidental Philippines—A
man reported to the police station last January 16 that his rest house has been
razed by fire, police said in a report.
The structure is made of light
materials located in Barangay Mabuhay, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte.
Investigations showed that the fire
originated from the floor beam at the back portion of the house.
Authority has the suspect the
structure was burned by a perpetrator as bundle of dried coconut leaves were
found at the place.
Fire officers estimated the cost of
damaged to P180,000.
