PAGADIAN
City—Another victim of shooting is a Kagawad of Dumagoc killed last July16 while
on the way going to a neighboring barangay, this city, reports said early.
The victim was
identified as Eliseo Mituda, 49, married and resident in the area.
Police
disclosed that the victim is heading towards Sta. Lucia with Eduardo Roda
Lesmoras, 51, married and resident in the place, onboard a motorbike.
The two
suspects riding a motorcycle followed the victim until it reach the area and
shot the later using caliber .45 pistol.
The victim was
brought to nearby hospital and he died minutes later.
Police are looking
the suspects to face criminal charges.
