Hadar Hajiri – The shining armor of Lugus

LUGUS, SULU - Traders and importers from Sulu are very popular on local and national businesses in the Philippines.  We should be proud if we have successful businessman in our country more particular in our own community. Because business is the intestine of our country.  It is the life of every mankind.

Hadar Hajiri win for 2013 election as Mayor of the said town.
Hadar Hajiri is a well-known Muslim businessman in western Mindanao more particular in Sulu, a place with full controversy in terms of peace and order. A place where kidnappings, killings and even political issues known nationwide. Somebody has alleged that Sulu is a dangerous place to tourist.

He, former member of Moro National Liberation Front, an ordinary man and a farmer, is now known as a successful businessman and a millionaire. He joins the MNLF forces against the government before but decided to return back to the fold of law after President Aquino gave chance to the Moro rebels to sit on the negotiating table. Hadar was once the President’s friend because of his sincerity and dignified man member of MNLF.

Cory Aquino gives him a chance to recover his self being a good successful businessman. She gave Hadar an assignment to assist the National Power Corporation to light the whole BaSulTa (Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi) areas. Hadar is one among the persons that energized this part of the region. He has a good heart for the people and gives chance to those who are willing to serve his people.

Such vision, he becomes the shining armor of Lugusanun. The only thing he thinks is for the good of the people of the place. He said, “dapat lumingon ka sa iyong pinanggalingan, para ikaw ay makakarating sa iyong paroroonan… a great man told me,” in an interviewed in his barangay Kayawan, Lugus town last week.

People describe Hadar as ‘ilaw ng Bayan’ because his vision to power and energize the municipality. He has also a plan to give potable water which now the main problem of the residents in Lugus. He proposed to complete the road networks to help farmers transport their farm products easily to earn an income.

Hadar said, “I do my job and I give a better services to the people if may Allah the almighty give me the chance to have the mandate of the people.
