PAGADIAN City—One Bryan
Aracay of Barangay Tiguma here lost his motorcycle to alleged carnapper early
morning of January 2, police said.
Aracay told police that
his motorcycle was parked near his residence and found it missing at around
1:00 at down the same date.
Victim expressed belief
that his vehicle was taken by someone.
