ZAMBOANGA
CITY—The Philippines Drug Enforcement Agency here arrested former mayor of
Maguing, Lanao del Sur Johaira Mabuat Abinal known as " Marimar" and
" Mayora" for illegal drug trading.
The President
Duterte mentioned the major drug suppliers in Mindanao and PDEA Director
General Isidro Lapena had mentioned former mayor of Maguing now on President’s
list of high-value target in Mindanao.
The
Mindanao "drug queen" arrested last Saturday in her residence at
Barangay Kauswagan along with other personalities by PDEA10 men such as Kate
Abinal, Noraisa Sarip, Mark Gerald Sindac, Moamar Taher, Manot Dotoan, and
Hashim Tambidan.
Operatives
seized from the suspects at least 200 grams of suspected shabu with estimated
market value of P400,000.00 and 2 caliber pistols and drug paraphernalia.
Marimar
denied the accusation that against her, saying, she is not on President's drugs
