ZAMBOANGA del Sur--Certain Jean Boy Dodo, 21,
single, student and a resident of barangay Libertad in the town of Dimataling, this
province was shot and wounded at the
right elbow and slightly at the stomach last July 20.
The victim was brought to a hospital for treatment.
Police said
the victim bought a cigarette to the store of certain Diosdado Yecyec but on
his way towards home a suspect identified as Lando Ebarial, civilian volunteer
organization member, appeared suddenly and shot the victim.
