PAGADIAN City—Marina
Seno Tudio-Tampus and two other of the City Administrator’s Office posted bail
bond after Sandiganbayan issued arrest order for violation of RA 3019.
The three
voluntarily surrendered to authority when learned they have pending warrant of
arrest issued by the Sandiganbayan.
The respondents
were brought to RTC Branch 19 accompanied by their legal counsel and
were released
after posted required bail bond in the amount of 30,000 pesos.
