ZAMBOANGA City--A victim identified as Benjie Gatcho Gonzalo drowned in
Cabato River last July, authority sad early.
The victim is a special child and a resident of Aurora Village,
Barangay Guiwan in this city.
Investigation disclosed that the grandmother of the victim had not
notice her grandson went down to the river until he was found drowned by a
concerned citizen in the place.
The victim did not reach the hospital, he died.
