MIDSALIP, Zamboanga del Sur—A house keeper told the police last July 4
she saw her mother-in-law hanging inside a house with a rope on her neck.
Police indentified the victim as Felicisima Castillo Capangpangan, 74,
widow and resident in this place.
Authority said the victim is bothered on a land disputes and there were
times she allegedly say will commit suicide.
In a statement, police said undetermined amount of money of the victim allegedly
tied on her waistline was missing.
The police in the place are investigating the incident.
